EIGHTH TRIENNIAL CONFERENCE (20TH GENERAL BODY MEETING)ON 25TH, 26TH AND 27TH OF FEBRUARY 2017 AT BHOPAL

We are pleased to inform you that the Zonal Meetings to elect the zonal office bearers and the delegates for the Eighth Triennial Conference (20th General Body Meeting) were held in all the zones amidst massive participation by the members. While the office bearers / delegates were elected unanimously in seven zones, in the remaining four zones the elections were held in the best democratic tradition of the Association. The overwhelming participation of the members in the zonal meetings, notwithstanding the pressure of work in the branches due to demonitisation of high value currency notes, has only reaffirmed the trust and confidence of the members in the banner of the Association. We thank the members for their wholehearted participation and also for orderly conduct of the meetings and congratulate the newly elected office bearers and delegates and wish them every success in carrying out their organizational functions..

The Eighth Triennial Conference (20th General Body Meeting) of the Association will be held at Bhopal on 25th, 26th and 27th February 2017. The host Ahmedabad Zone has already formed the Reception Committee with Com Sunil Goel, Joint Secretary as its Chairman, Com Trushar Modi, Zonal Secretary as Secretary and Com Mayank Gupta, Regional Secretary (Bhopal) as the Convenor. For smooth conduct of the Conference, various sub-committees too have been formed. The Reception Committee has already started preparations to make the conference a historic one. We are sure that with active involvement and wholehearted participation of the elected delegates, the Eighth Triennial Conference will be a grand success.
