Q1. What is SBI Exclusif Wealth Management services?

A1. SBI Exclusif is a new set of services designed to give our portfolio customers the following benefits -

Unique Relationship Manager Model (RM) backed by a team of experts.
There are 2 options a customer may avail:
First ever fully digital ‘e-Wealth Centre’ that provides a dedicated remote RM who is empowered to perform transactions as also to connect you to an advisory team. You can reach him/her through Call/ Video Call/ Chat.
Traditional RM – you can schedule appointments, call and also visit him/her at an SBI Exclusif Hub. He/she is also enabled to provide you transaction services and advisory.
Note: In either option, services that were available to Customers from the Bank branches will continue to be available as before. There is no change in Customers’ home branch.
Extensive range of rewarding products and services including an all-new enhanced savings account and Exclusif Visa Debit Card (no charges) , lifestyle privileges including an exclusive health card, loan approvals on priority, Visa Signature cards with additional privileges, lucrative investment options as well as expert legacy & taxation advisory services
Expert financial advisory across all asset classes crafted to suit your immediate & long-term financial needs – this includes mutual funds, real estate advisory, gold etc. (To be rolled out)
Enhanced digital platform on internet and mobile, which gives you access to all your information in one place and lets you carry out all your banking and investment transactions on the go.

Q2. Who can sign up?

A2. These services are only available to the customers who have been signed up for these services.Presently, the services are available only at Bengaluru. Services will be extended to other select cities gradually.
Exclusif services for our NRI customers will be launched shortly. Services for non-individual entities like trusts, corporates and partnerships, etc. may be rolled out in future.
Currently, the services are available to customers with their home branch in Bengaluru City. We plan to rollout to various other locations within the country over the next few months in a phased manner.

Q3.How do I sign up?

A3. To register your interest in signing up for SBI Exclusif Wealth Management services, please write to us at exclusif@sbi.co.in

Even if you are not having account with us in Bengaluru City or elsewhere, but are interested in knowing more about / signing up for our Exclusif Services, please get in touch with us.

Q4. What are the charges or fees associated with signing up for SBI Exclusif?

A4. SBI Exclusif comes to you at no additional cost. In fact, it offers a host of discounts and waiver on existing charges by the Bank. However, some of the services (especially those offered by third party service providers) may be subject to additional charges. These will be disclosed to the customer before offering such services.
