8. LAST DATE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS: The Online Applications can be filled up to 23 July, 2018 till 12:00 midnight.

9. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
(a) Correspondence with the Board: The Board will not enter into any correspondence with the candidates about their candidature except in the following cases:
The eligible candidates shall be issued an Admission Letter two weeks before the commencement of the examination. The Admission Letter will be made available on the Bank's website www.rbi.org.in for downloading by candidates. No Admission letter will be sent by post. If a candidate does not receive his e-Admission letter or any other communication regarding his/her candidature for the examination two weeks before the commencement of the examination, he/she should at once contact the help facility as mentioned above.
(b) No candidate will ordinarily be allowed to take the examination unless he/she holds an Admission Letter for the examination. On downloading of e- Admission Letter, check it carefully and bring discrepancies/errors, if any, to the notice of Board immediately.
(c) PROOF OF IDENTITY TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF EXAMINATIONS: At the time of appearing for Phase - I or Phase - II of the examination, candidates are required to produce a currently valid photo identity card in original and a photocopy of the same in addition to the admission letter. Acceptable photo identity cards are PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving Licence/ Voter's Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer on official letterhead/ Photo identity proof issued by a People's Representative on official letterhead/ valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognised college / university/ e-Aadhar card / Aadhar card with a photograph/ Employee ID/ Bar Council Identity card with photograph. The candidate's identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the Admission Letter /Examination Call Letter, in the Attendance List and requisite documents submitted. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate may not be allowed to appear for the Examination.
Note: Candidates have to produce in original the photo identity proof and submit a photocopy of the photo identity proof along with Admission Letter/ Examination Call Letter while attending each shift of the examination without which they will not be allowed to take up the examination. For Phase-II examination, candidates will have to carry two/three photocopies of photo ID proof, as there will be two/three shifts. However, in Phase-I only one photocopy of photo ID will be sufficient. Candidates must note that the name (provided during the process of registration) as appearing on the call letters should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof, certificates, mark-sheets. Female candidates who have changed first/last/middle name post marriage must take special note of this. In case of candidates who have changed their name, will be allowed only if they produce - original Gazette Notification/their original marriage certificate/affidavit in original, together with a photocopy. If there is any mismatch between the name indicated in the Admission Letter/ Examination Call Letter and Photo Identity Proof, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
(d) The Board would be analyzing the responses of a candidate with other appeared candidates to detect patterns of similarity. On the basis of such an analysis, if it is found that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/ valid, the Board reserves the right to cancel his/her candidature.
(e) Board does not assume any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of or for any other reason beyond the control of the Board.
(f) The candidates should note that their admission to the examination will be purely provisional based on the information given by them in the Application Form. This will be subject to verification of all the eligibility conditions by the Board / Bank. The mere fact that an Admission Letter has been issued to a candidate, will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by the Board or that entries made by the candidate in his/her application for the Preliminary examination have been accepted by the Board as true and correct. Candidates may note that the Board takes up the verification of eligibility conditions of a candidate, with reference to original documents, only after the candidate has qualified for the interview. Unless candidature is formally confirmed by the Board, it continues to be provisional. The decision of the Board as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the Examination shall be final.
(g) Candidates should note that the name in the Admission letter in some cases, may be abbreviated due to technical reasons
(h) The possibility for occurrence of some problems in the administration of the examinations cannot be ruled out completely, which may impact test delivery and/ or result from being generated. In that event, every effort will be made to rectify such problem, which may include movement of candidates, delay in test. Conduct of a re-exam is at the absolute discretion of RBISB/test conducting body. Candidates will not have any claim for a re-test. Candidates not willing to move or not willing to participate in the delayed process of test delivery shall be summarily rejected from the process.
(i) Candidates are advised to keep their e-mail ID/mobile number alive for receiving advices viz. Admission letters/Interview letters, etc. Candidates may check e-mails/SMS regularly. The Board does not send any communication through any other mode.
(j) The posts are also open to the employees of RBI (Staff Candidates) who satisfy the eligibility criteria separately stipulated by the Bank vide their circular CO.HRMD.No.G-75/5599/05.01.01/ 2013-2014 dated December 20, 2013 and who apply Online within the closing date. Their status as staff candidate will be verified at the time of interview.
(k) The Board does not furnish the mark-sheet to candidates. Marks obtained in Phase-I (Online exam) will be made available on the website (www.rbi.org.in) in an interactive mode, after shortlisting of candidates for Phase-II. However, the marks obtained in Phase-II Examination and Interview will be made available on the Bank's web-site in an interactive mode only after declaration of the final result.
(l) Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to their selection/recruitment shall be considered as disqualification.
(m) In all matters regarding eligibility, conduct of examinations, interviews, assessment, prescribing minimum qualifying standards in both the Examination and interview, in relation to number of vacancies and communication of result, the Board's decision shall be final and binding on the candidates and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
(n) The eligibility for availing reservation against the vacancies reserved for the persons with Benchmark disabilities shall be the same as prescribed in “Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPWD) Act 2016" Provided further that the persons with Benchmark disabilities shall also be required to meet special eligibility criteria in terms of physical requirements/functional classification (abilities/disabilities) consistent with requirements prescribed.
(o) A candidate will be eligible to get the benefit of community reservation only in case the particular caste to which the candidates belong is included in the list of reserved communities issued by the Central Government. If a candidate indicates in his/her application form that he/she belongs to General category but subsequently writes to the Board to change his/her category to a reserved one, such request shall not be entertained by the Board. Similar principle will be followed for PwBD categories also. In case of a candidate unfortunately becoming physically disabled during the course of the examination process, the candidate should produce valid document showing him/her acquiring a disability to the extent of 40% or more as defined under RPWD Act, 2016 to enable him/her to get the benefits of PwBD reservation.
(p)Candidates seeking reservation/ relaxation benefits available for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen must ensure that they are entitled to such reservation/ relaxation as per eligibility prescribed. They should also be in possession of all the requisite certificates in the prescribed format in support of their claim as stipulated for such benefits and these certificates should be dated earlier than the due date (closing date) of the application.
(q) Please note that corrigendum, if any, issued on the above advertisement, will be published only on the Bank's website www.rbi.org.in
(r) Any resultant dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Mumbai only.

If we check last year's cut-off, for English Language section it was 7.00 for general category candidates while 4.50 for SC/ST/OBC/PwD.
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the results of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee (PO/MT) preliminary recruitment exams 2017 today evening at ibps.in. An official told the indianexpress.com that the results are scheduled to be out this week. IBPS had conducted the exam October 7, 8, 14 and 15. In the notification, the exam authority announced October as result declaration month, however, it has been postponed.
Going by the previous trend, the result is expected to release this week. This year, IBPS has announced 3562 vacancies for PO this year. This year, the total vacancies have decreased as last year a total of 8,822 posts were released. Read | IBPS PO 2017 results updates, click here
As per IBPS PO exam experts, the overall paper was difficult in comparison to previous year’s paper. The difficulty level of the English section was high, the quantitative aptitude section was moderate and the reasoning section was also difficult and time-consuming.
If we check last year’s cut-off, for English Language section it was 7.00 for general category candidates while 4.50 for SC/ST/OBC/PwD.
For reasoning ability section, cut-off was 5.50 for SC/ST/OBC/PwD and 8.50 for general candidates. Similarly, in the Quantitative Aptitude section, the cut-off was 8.25 for general category while 5.25 for SC/ST/OBC/PwD.

The official schedule for the popular IBPS Clerk 2017 Exam is out now and the registration starts September 12th onwards until October 3rd. The date for the preliminary exam is 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th December and the mains exam is scheduled for 21st January 2018 with the final allotments to be done in April 2018.
The registration process is simple. To register online you have to log on to the official website of IBPS http://www.ibps.in/cwe-clerical-cadre-6/ by entering in the requisite details. Once the form is filled, you will be redirected to an online payment gateway where you can pay the registration fees via net banking or credit/debit card.
The amount of registration fees is Rs 100 for SC/ST and Rs 600 for others. Once the fee payment is done and application is submitted, a registration number and password will be received by you that you need to note down. The fee has to be paid online as there is no option of paying the fees via local bank branches. And also make sure you take 2 print outs of the online application.
The exact number of vacancies amongst the public sector banks has not been revealed by IBPS as of now however it is expected that this year approximately 7884 vacancies are looking to be filled by this IBPS exam.
To take the IBPS Clerical exam 2017, you must have attained the age of 20 years and shouldn't be above 28 years of age on the 1st September 2017 however a relaxation in the same for 5 years has been given for SC/ST and relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates. Further, the candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with a degree on or before 3rd October 2017 from a recognised university. The candidate should also be fluent in speaking, writing and reading the local language of the State where he/she is applying and also should have good knowledge of computer operations and must have a degree or certificate or a class 10th or 12th certificate in computers.
The exam is conducted online entirely and is divided into 2 stages – written and interview.
Written exam is further divided into 2 parts, 1st being the preliminary and 2nd being the mains exam. The preliminary examination consists of 100 questions and 100 marks with 60 minutes to attempt the same with a negative marking of 0.25 marks for a wrong answer in both prelims and mains exam.
The candidates are checked on their knowledge of English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability with 30, 35 and 35 questions in these sections respectively.
The mains exam is for a total of 200 marks with 190 questions and 160 minutes to attempt the same. The exam is divided into 4 sections namely:
1. General/ Financial awareness with a total of 50 questions and 35minutes duration
2. General English with 40 questions and 35 minutes duration
3. Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude with 50 questions and 45minutes duration
4. Quantitative Aptitude with 50 questions and 45minutes duration
There is a certain and specific time limit for each section in the mains exam that needs to be adhered to. Also in both preliminary and mains exam the candidate in order to reach the interview stage has to clear the section wise as well as the total cut off.

Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) Recruitment 2017: Apply For 16 Manager And Assistant Manager Vacancies Before March 16

NEW DELHI:  Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has begun the application process for recruitment of Manager (Technical - Civil), Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha), and Assistant Manager (Security). The application form can be filled online on the RBI website till March 16, 2017. RBI will conduct a written test followed by an interview for selection of candidates. The written test will have two papers - objective and descriptive. The exam for both the papers will be conducted on the same day in two separate sessions. The descriptive test could be computer based or paper based.

IBPS CWE VI Exam Calendar 2016: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the Tentative Calendar of Examinations for CWE-VI for Participating Organizations on the official website. The exams dates of CWE VI Clerk and PO were displayed on the calendar.  Like every year, the IBPS has planned to conduct the exam in two tiers. So, those who are interested and who wish to check the calendar can have a glance at it by clicking the link provided below or by visiting the official site.

The Calendar will be released by the IBPS every year as it is a guide which shall notify the candidates regarding the details of the exams. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the tentative calendar of Examinations for CWE-VI for Participating Organizations on the official website. Graduate degree (3 year full time programme) and Post Graduate Degree Programme / Post Graduate Degree in Management / Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Risk Management (2 Years full programme), as regular full time student or a pass in Chartered Accountant Examination or pass in ICWA. Graduate Degree in Civil as regular full time student. Minimum 03 Years Experience as Technical Officer in Banks/Financial Institutions / Govt. Organisation/ Public Sector Undertaking / Listed Organisation in Private Sector in supervision of planning, construction and supervision of large commercial / residential buildings / housing projects including interiors/services/ maintenance of building etc. The candidate should have experience in handling matters relating to interface with consultants, review of estimates, justification of rates, preparation and evaluation of tender documents, supervision, progress monitoring, scrutiny of bills, etc.
Technical Officer (Appraisal): 04 Posts
Engineering degree in discipline such as Textiles, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, Computer Science, Metallurgy, B. Pharm. MBA in Finance from any UGC recognized university is desirable. Minimum 03 Years experience including experience in industry and / or in Bank / Financial Institution.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the tentative calendar  of Examinations for IBPS CWE-VI for the year 2016-17. According to the calendar IBPS PO VI Online Exams will be held during the months of October and November 2016, IBPS Clerks VI Online Exams will be held during the months of November and December 2016, IBPS Specialist Officers VI Online Exams will be held in the month of January 2017. The dates of IBPS CWE V RRB will be announced later.
